Where is my order?

If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us and we will help you and make sure you get your order. You are welcome to contact us at any time to hear more about your order.

How does your delivery service work?

We primarily use Post Denmark as courier and they will deliver your order Monday till Friday to the delivery address you submitted when you ordered. The courier will probably be able to put your order in your submitted mailbox.

Shipping Methods?

Our courier offers both standard post and express post, including the option for acquiring track-and-trace. For express shipping and track-and-trace you will need to pay extra.

What countries do you ship to?

We provide shipping to most countires around the Would – giving every one the possibility to purchase Carlo A’s products. Unfortunately, there will be some countries outside of Europe, which we cannot ship to. If you are in doubt, if we ship to your country, then please send us an e-mail. 

How do I pay for my order?

We offer a number of payment options to choose from:

  • VISA
  • Maestro
  • MasterCard

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both card issuer and us to prevent fraud and maintain a high level of security.

Is it safe to order online?

Security is of high importance for Carlo A and we want our customers to feel safe. We utilise Security Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, which are the most secure systems for ordering online that allows encryption of your information, such as your name and address, and critical personal information, such as credit card information. Our payment getaway, QuickPay, uses this encryption to communicate with the acquirers and is fully PCI-certified. Any payments made on will be securely transmitted to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) payment page where you will either be prompted to enter your credit card details or account details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you have to react quickly in order to change or cancel your order. Please contact immediately and we will do our utmost to fulfill your request. We cannot promise that our courier will be able to cancel the order if it has already been shipped. It is always possible to return your order, check our information about Return Policy.

How do I return my order?

We are gentlemen therefor, you are always able to return all orders and get a full refund. The ties must by returned unopened within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you as quick as possible after we have received the order, but you can expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper. We also offer to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

How to return your purchase?

Follw the steps below and return the product in good shape:

  1. Pack the products you wish to return - ideally in the parcel originally provided. Provide the package with your name and order number.

  2. Fill out the Return address:

  3. Arrange the return shipment through any postal courier within 30 days.

  4. Take the parcel to your nearest post office and make sure to receive a senders ticket as your proof of sending the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment and we will help you to get a new package.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving to Carlo A of you have any complaints. In the case of defect products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defect product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when we have handled your order.
